KIMIST KAMP is the perfect way to challenge yourself to jumpstart your fitness journey or to power up your workout with a CrossFit strength and conditioning training that is made up of functional movement performed at all levels. 

KIMIST KAMP runs every Saturday from

 8:30 to 9:30 a.m at Woodland Terrace Park,

6410 N 32nd St. Tampa, FL 33610

Participants must arrive by 8:00 a.m. for assessment and stretching
